Thaddeus joined Known in 2023 as Managing Director in connection with its partnership with Living Cities. At Living Cities, he served as Associate Director, Fund Manager; and led the investment originations and fund/portfolio management efforts for impact investments through the Living Cities Catalyst Family of Funds.
Previously, Thaddeus worked in the structured finance group for a middle market commercial/investment bank, where he was focused on structuring and underwriting new loan originations, syndications, and leading due diligence and transaction management efforts for the firm’s commercial real estate lending and syndication platform. Immediately prior, Thaddeus helped to lead the originations platform for a boutique private investment firm focused on opportunistic and value-add investment opportunities. There, he was directly responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and structuring direct equity and debt investments for the firm’s multiple private investment funds. Thaddeus began his career with CNL Financial Group, a private investment management firm focused on domestic commercial real estate investments and fund management.
Thaddeus holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and a master’s degree from Georgetown University.
