Aanchal has over 6 years of experience in business strategy and consulting and is committed to the intersection of racial justice and climate. Outside of Known, Aanchal volunteers as Product and Action Lead at Climate Changemakers, a nonpartisan climate policy advocacy organization based in the U.S. with global chapters. As a Climate Reality leader, she is an active contributor to the Climate Reality LA collaboration with the Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator to give small business founders the tools to incorporate sustainability into their business models. Prior to Known, Aanchal worked at a social media startup guiding product strategy and leading marketing. As a technology and management consultant, she advised several nonprofits, consumer tech companies, software companies, and domestic manufacturers to complete digital transformations and improve operational efficiencies. Outside of her day-to-day work, she also served as UNDPI representative and researcher for a global widow-empowerment nonprofit for many years. Aanchal lives in Queens, New York and received her B.A. in International Business, Political Science, and Finance from Baruch College. She enjoys reading, swimming, traveling and yoga.
