Blk Grvty is convening a curated group of investors, ecosystem builders, and founders to discuss actionable strategies to ensure capital allocators & founders have a path towards billion-dollar funds and businesses.

The past 3 years have led to a surge in resources and support for black managers and founders — but how can we ensure this growth is sustained? Notable efforts have been made to eliminate barriers and increase access to funding for diverse managers and founders, including a rise in the incubators and special programs launching new businesses — yet creating businesses is only the first step towards scale. While these supports are necessary and serve as a tipping point for many more entrepreneurs to grow a business, the challenge is these resources are largely focused on starting a business, rather than scaling businesses that can have material impact on our economy.

This event will bring together key stakeholders in roundtable discussions focused on what businesses and capital allocators need to start, scale, and build a financial system that is inclusive by default.
