Recently launched financial platform taps veteran tech and finance leader
October 24, 2022 (New York, NY)—Known Holdings, a BIPOC-owned (Black Indigenous, people of color) double bottom line finance company announced the appointment of Ushir Shah as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Technology Officer.
Shah is the former Vice President of Technology for Rockefeller & Co. He is the Founder of fintech startup Namu, a financial platform that provides accounting, tax, and retirement functionality for freelancers. He served as Chief Technology Strategist for Aurigin, a Singapore-based investment banking platform that connects corporate deals with institutional capital from around the world. Shah also led SoftDel, a provider of software engineering services for companies involved in the Internet of Things, as its CEO, and he led Round Table Wealth Management as Partner, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. Ushir has also served on the National Advisory Boards of TD Ameritrade Institutional and Antea, and as well as the Board of Directors for Mobile Search Security.
